Condensation on Cold Brick Walls in 1880's Detached House

Can anyone help please. We live in an 1880s detached house. We have problems with condensation as the external walls are so cold they are stone walls with no cavity. We have awful condensation on the walls leading to wallpaper falling off. We have zinc backed 4ml thermal paper and that has just fallen off. Also tried leaving the windows open, tried a dehumidifier we've also tried mould killer on the wall, gloss paint... any ideas?

Thanks

you can buy damp proof thermal wallpaper ( wallrock KV600 ) if that's what your after.
Don't use gloss paint on the walls, that will cause damp.
