Damp Rising up PLaster on Single Skin Back Porch

First post so please bear with me, I have damp rising up the plaster in my back porch. Condensation through the winter was terrible and I want to try and resolve before the coming winter. I only just moved into the property last year but the porch was added to the house about 20 years ago. There are ventilation bricks already on the side of the porch so how do I stop the damp and condensation? The porch leads off from the kitchen the adjoining door is normally open to encourage ventilation but the small windows of the porch are closed. I had considered knocking it down and building a double skin room or a sun room but its too complicated with access issues and the garden retaining wall so not really worth the quoted expense.
