I have just moved into a ground floor flat, concrete floors. corner flat, but the bedroom on the outside wall feels damp , the bed linen feels damp, but htere are no signs of dampness on the walls. any ideas

Very often things that are cold, feel damp - when they are merely cold and dry.
The first thing to do, is find out if indeed they are damp.
A simple cheap damp meter will quickly answer that question.
You provide no clues as to how old the building is.
All buildings are damp to a degree. Older one's more so, than newish.
Our builders, build with bricks, mortar, tiles all of which are not waterproof.
They merely keep the worst of the weather out.
Question. Is the room heated? Second question. Do you keep it at the same temperature all of the time? Third question. Is it ventilated?
How a room feels is relative to the rest of the property.
