Coating for Steam Room Ceiling

Hi all,
I'm building a shower enclosure with a steam generator that'll feed steam in through an outlet in the wall. I'm not planning on tiling the ceiling and just plan to go with a particular paint/coating. Afterall, I'm not planning on steaming for hours and the windows in the bathroom are large and will be opened after each 'session'.
What paint products should I use? I've seen plenty out there but nothing stands out as the most suitable.
