Best Insulation Solution for Container Home

Hi all,
We are looking at building a container home from a shipping container and we are looking for some advice. Our idea first is to glue a plastic 15mil thick plate to the container. This will be glued in 2 inch strips and will be 10 inches apart on the walls. We will then glue 2x1 battens to the strips to form a frame inside the container. We will then put in our services behind the battens and then spray close cell insulation and then finish with a 8x4 slab.
We are afraid of dampens in the walls any one use close cell against steel.
Any advice appreciated.
