Help and Advice on Damp in the Walls and Floor When Buying my First Home

hi, I am looking into buying a house but the property has some damp issues. On two living room walls and the floor and also in the kitchen floor. I am just wondering if theres a way of getting a rough estimate of what it would cost to repair so i can make an offer tomorrow :)
