I am very green ebhidn the ears with regards to wallpapering. But I am having trouble effectively cleanign the pasting brush cleaning. I have tried using turps substitute, but this doesn't seem to to do a good enough(thats if I doing it right). Can anyone tell me how best to clean the past off the brushes properly, as this would save me a lot of money in buying new brushes every time.

Click on the advert at the top of this page and go through to the eco solutions website. Email them and they will be able to recommend a good resorer for paste brushes if you cannot get good old hot water to work.

You would normally use water. Have you read the instructions on the back of the wallpaper paste packet?

hot water is usually sufficient. if you are still struggling dump a load of table salt into it and try again. i use salt water to wash down the table between pastings as well. works a treat.
