I have an ongoing problem with my ceiling which was papered some years ago.
Prior to papering, I covered the ceiling in a polystyrene 'Wall Lining' which is still in good condition. However, I have an ongoing problem with the ceiling paper falling away in certain area's.
Over the years, I have re-pasted the paper using 'heavy weight' mix allowing it to soak in but, after a few months, the problem returns.
Can you please suggest a means of making the paper adhere permanently to the wall lining? I have even tried Border Paste but still no luck.
Many thanks.
