How do I fix corbels to a wall

by jonty1 » Fri May 08, 2009 9:51 am

Hi All

I have two corbels with no visible means of support. I want to fix them to a plastered wall. What do I use, Superglue, No Nails or B and Q plaster adhesive ?
I am completely lost on this and would appreciate any advice.

I have since seen an ad for Evo Stik Serious Stuff. It says it sticks in 5 -10 minutes. So can I hold the corbel to the wall for that time and then let go and it is secure or does it crash ?!
What is the alternative, build some sort of frame ?

Cheers

If they are just plaster decorative items treat as coving.

Cheers
