We had new softwood windowframes made and fitted two years ago. The ones in direct sunlight shrink at the joints and theres a gap. Last summer, I filled the cracks with an exterior paintable mastic, then primed and undercoated the filled areas, but the paint has come off and the cracks are still there. Is there another type of filler I can use?
