Hi, having to paint over all skirting and doors instead of replacing due to costs !. Skirting has been varnished and doors have been stained. All need to be bright shiny white.....what do I need to do so I do not get any of the old stuff / colour bleeding through. Doors have all been stained deep mahogany colour and skirting is all deep colour varnish.
