I have a upvc composite front door - green on the outside and white inside. Some thug has splattered paint on the outside - it looks like silver metallic paint. How can I get this off or (if it wont come off) how can I cover it over by painting the door? Please advise.

Pvc cant be painted it will eventually flake and fall off. Try using turps / white spirit. If that doesnt work use a very very little nitro moers using gloves and a cheap brush. but wash it off after a few seconds, try only to get it on the painted area and not the door.
