I have a small bathroom half tiled half bathroom paint which gets very condensated up, can you suggest a good anti condensation paint available in a variety of colours and do you think a humidity extraction fan is a good idea, if so are they expensive to run as they cost around £90 to buy.

An extractor fan is a very good idea ( See our project on condensation) they do not cost a lot to run especially if you get one which is on a timer. There is nothing to choose between the top brands Kitchen and Bathroom paint.
