I have just stripped the wall paper and got down to the plaster on some of the walls, the others there is quite a tough paper. I am going to re paper the walls, but is it best to go right down to the plaster before doing so? Then sizing it?? This is my first time! Apolygies :?
There are also craters in the walls which vary in size, is it best to fill these with polly filler, also the corners on some of the algoves have been knocked, is best to polly fill these aswell??
