Argh! Ok, I found the roller blind post but nothing on their Venetian blinds. But they are also poorly designed!! Neither my partner nor I can figure out how the brackets work. Anyone have these and can shed some light on how the brackets fit the blind??

Hi there

We do have a Venetian blinds fitting video on the site which may answer your question. https://www.diydoctor.org.uk/diyvideos/blinds/venetianblinds.htm

I have also asked Dunelm to give you some personal feedback here.

Dunelm did not wish to post here but are happy for me to pass on the following information:

Once you have installed your brackets as per the instructions, you then click in the headrail at the top of the blind onto the brackets. You can then lock this into position by rotating the bracket arms.

They also included a PDF of their instructions which I can send out to you if you contact us and say you have been talking to Philippa in the forum https://www.diydoctor.org.uk/contact/

They also supplied a video link - but I already gave you one of those, so hopefully you are now sorted?

Let us know how you get on.
