Can anyone recommend a suitable filler to use on some terracotta window cill tiles which are inside the house before painting them with tile paint? There are a few very large chips which need repairing before I paint them. Would a normal polyfiller work if I maybe dampen the hole first to stop it sucking all the moisture out?
