Is This Fix for Crack in Ceiling Worth the Effort?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and would just like some advice from those in the know :)

I am currently painting a ceiling, it has three visible cracks which are now filled and there is no longer a gap. The problem is, the two sides of the crack are uneven, so there is a clear ridge between the lower and higher sides, even though there is no crack in the middle (hope that makes sense).

It's all freshly painted and looks clean and white, but these three imperfections do stand out.

My problem is, do I try and sort these out so it looks better (presumably with a long "run-up" of filler so it's more of an undulation than a line??)

OR do I leave it because it is going to be a real pain to get it to look okay.

Hoping to do this house to move, so it does need to look nice enough to sell.

Any advice as to whether to leave/fix and how to tackle it, would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance! :D
