Hi chaps, I've stripped the wallpaper and am going to emulsion the wall and gloss the rail however the join between the two is really rough and uneven, built up old paint and stuff, I've tried cleaning it up with a stripping tool but it's really difficult to keep a clean edge, I'm going to try a multi-tool but that's a lot of messy work, I then thought that maybe if I ran a strip of "Instant plaster filler" along the join I'd not have a nice sharp edge but it would be tidier. If anyone can understand what I'm rabbiting on about and has any other ideas I'd be very happy.
