Hey guys. I have just moved into a property and bought some cheap white emulsion to lighten and prep the darker walls before painting them a lighter colour. But the paint has left brush marks and when you go over the paint with a brush it's like it goes weird and comes off the wall a bit. I sanded the wall before painting and cleaned it. Could it be because it's really poor quality paint? Or does it have something to do with the paint underneath as I used a Harris paintbrush.
