Hi

What would you recommended to use on exterior wood surrounds on my garage door please? I'm looking to paint it black....

Which brand to use?
Satin or Gloss?

So far I've found this to be best value

Ronseal 10 Year Weatherproof Wood Paint - Satin - 750ml £12.50 inc delivery.

Thoughts and recommendations please? Thanks in advance.

I have personally used Hammerite and can't recommend it enough. I painted my garage a racing green 6 years ago and it still looks fab.

Anyone used Bedec barn paint!?

I have used the Bedec barn paint and cant recommend it enough, its easy to apply and dries quick and can be used on various surfaces and its available in quite a few different colours.

I've heard about this Bedec Barn paint quite a lot recently.
Assuming it's better than Zinsser All Coat right?

Note: Heard this applies as good on metal!?
