I have just moved into a house and the previous occupier had painted the bathroom but it's pealing off I have tried to scrape it with a wallpaper scraper and soaked it but it's very difficult to get off don't know what paint they have used but it feels like very thin plastic when it does come off, would I be better to sand it down so the wall is as smooth as possible? any advice/tips would be grateful recieved. thanks
