Hanging a door and looking for a specific hinge

Hello to all from a new one on here...hope someone can help...
a few years ago we took a door off its hinges for convenience and I now want to put it back up. Its a specific hinge that is on all our doors here and, having searched a few places, I cannot find it for sale anywhere. Wondered if it was unusual or if I am simply going mad...
