Can anyone tell me which is the best way to wallpaper around a dado rail?... do I cut a full length of paper and drop it down under the rail or do I cut two individual lengths of paper? One for the top and one for the bottom? TIA

If you need to pattern match ie your paper has a large pattern, then do in one drop cutting out a strip for the dado. If the pattern is small do it in two.
