I hope someone can help.

This has just been repainted with a high quality waterbased Wood and Metal paint. Right paint for the job. But this is happening.
Not painted by us - called in to fix. Can't get all the info we need from the previous decorator.

Hi painterly,
Looks like you are in an older property and therefore dealing with damp walls. The paint used has sealed in the damp which is now throwing off the paint layers.
