Hello,

I need to paint over wood panelling (MDF) but on the inside there is a plasterboard wall. Imagine a square, the borders are MDF and the inside is plasterboard wall.

I’m confused as to what paint I need to use. I used Valspar for my walls and I’d like a satin finish; the only satin finish Valspar offers is “Wood and Metal”, will that be ok for plasterboard? If not, what paint do I need to buy from Valspar?

Suggest you use their Classic wall and ceiling paint.
