Wallpapering onto hardboard

I would like to wallpaper onto hardboard (the shiney side). I see conflicting information online and need a bit of guidance...thanks.
Hi cuilchick,
You will have to size the boards, once dry hang lining paper and then paint or paper on this in the normal way.
