Hi after putting up some coving in the kitchen
my wife as noticed a few marks on our white kitchen cupboards which are smears of no more nails adhesive. Any ideas how to remove , what to use etc without damaging cupboards.

If you used the water based version try holding a cloth soaked in really hot water on adhesive and try rubbing it off.
