how do i wallpaper a ceiling?

I'm a bit new to this game, cant find a specific guide to this?
If you have never done it before then I'd suggest you don't.
I did it about 6 months ago and I have sworn never to do it again.
Walls are fine, ceilings not fine.
I'm sure there are pro's out there who have done it loads and can offer tips but my personal suggestion would be not to even try it.
