Tricky Roller Blind fitting - For me anyway

Hi, All
Please give me some advises on this
Just purchased a made to measure blind to fit in inside the window bay, i beleive this is called recess fitting. I have measure from the edge to the edge of the recess area. I have now got the blind and I find it very difficult to get access to the edge of the access area to enable me to drill 2 holes vertically for the bracket.
