Sink waste to 4" clay

Looking for some advice......I'm putting a sink into what was an outside privy. There is a 4" clay drain pipe embedded in the concrete floor (it was capped with two bricks and cement - which I have knocked off) and no other drains nearby.
I want to run a waste pipe from the sink to this soil pipe but also seal the waste into the clay - I don't want an open soil pipe in the shed.
As the soil pipe is at floor level & I want to place a cabinet over it I can't have anything protruding more that 2/3" above floor level.
Will a rubber reducer (seen one in wickes) with a hole for waste pipe be ok or do I need to do more? For example cement it is place, if so how?
Any suggestions/advice gratefully received.

Thanks :?
