Replacing an old corner bath panel

I have a 13 year old corner bath and the panel has split and I need to replace it. I have searched every where but due to its age we cannot find a panel that fits. Any ideas or help including bending plywood which we would then tile or tongue and groove options would be gratefully recieved. :?
