adding a concealed cistern to existing toilet base?

hi
i'm re tiling the bathroom and was hoping to conceal the cistern, however, its massive, so i was planning on getting a thin plastic one which i could conceal
however i want to use the existing toilet pan
is this possible or do you need to get special ones?
how does it work?, i guess you have a feed, outlet and overflow
i'm looking at something like this:
(Google "cgi.ebay.co.uk/CISTERN-CONCEALED-TOP-QUALITY-6-LTR-BRAND-NEW_W0QQitemZ160376430515QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_HG_Toilets_RL?hash=item25572e1fb3")
can you see any issues?
would i need to get special insides (ball etc) or can i use existing?
the suite i have at the moment is just the cheapest b&q shell effect one (not great but we plan to move next year so dont want to spend a fortune)
cheers
