I am going to fit some flexible tap connectors and see there are 2 types, push fit and compression, whats best? also they appear to come in 2 sizes 22mm and 15mm but the bath taps i have measure 25mm external and 20mm internal, do I need something else. Thanks

The 15mm and 22mm refer to the size of the supply pipe not the taps. However, as basin taps have 1/2" and bath taps have 3/4" threads you will have to use 15mm or 22mm connectors respectively.

What you need is a flexible pipe with 3/4" bsp one end and depending on your pipe diameter, 15mm or 22mm the other end.

Only use push fit if the copper pipe it is going on is new. Old pipe may not be clean enough to guarantee a watertight fit.

For bath taps you will need 22mm, it's down to personal choice - I trust compression more than push fit.
