Leaking Shower Tray

Hi,
I have some water leaking from the bottom corner of my shower tray (where the shower cubicle connects to the wall tiles). I am looking for advice on how to fix this, as I do not want to remove and replace all of the sealant which is in good condition.
Any idea's would be appreciated.
