How to connect a fixed waste pipe to a flexible one? Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

Hello everyone,

I am installing a new shower cubicle, the waste for which has a rigid pipe outlet. Currently my old shower unit has a flexible pipe outlet, are there any products out there that can connect the two?

I know I could use rigid pipes throughout but I have slate floors in the bathroom and do not wish to pull them all up to replace the pipe.

Any help you could give me would be helpful.
