Hi I have an older type toilet with an external overflow, & handle/lever to flush the toilet. I've just replaced my downstairs toilet with a push button type & found out that the over flow is now internal, is there a conversion which you can buy & install to turn an external over flow toilet into an internal type?

If you fit a new siphon unit this should have an internal overflow arrangement.
