Hi

I wish to move sink and laundry appliances to the opposite wall to the drainage outlets. Is it acceptable to do this under a concrete floor (with a gradient for the pipes)? What happens if they fail?

diy247,
"Is it acceptable to do this under a concrete floor" YES but use a continuous length of pipe ie no joins.

Thanks stoneyboy :)

Would it need to be encased?

diy247,
Assuming it's a solid concrete floor surround the pipe with 75/100mm concrete on all sides.
