Rain water waste pipe

Hi, I have a drainage pipe in my foundations, this is for rainwater and and drainage from the kitchen sink only. The coupling of the pipe appears to have very small hair line cracks which have leaked a very small amout of water. The ground is very much clay more than anything else and i know when digging the foundations that i never touched it so the cracks have appeard overtime probably with movement.
The foundations are for a Conservatory with a dwarf wall, the top of the drainage pipe is 14 inches below the ground level an i plan to have foundations of at least 20 to 25 inches. Furthermore i plan to have the run from the kitchen sink and rain water the otherside of the cracks so water will not pass through it.
Should i have the pipe repaired? and can i place a lintal to the side and above the pipe for protection form the foundations.
