Removed downstairs toilet. How do I seal the soil pipe?

Hi

I have an outside toilet that I no longer want. I have removed it but can't decide how to seal the pipe that is leftover.
Can I simply put a cap over the hole? The pan connector went inside the pipe, so a cap would need to be a 'male' sort of design. I couldn't find anything in Wickes or B&Q today.
or
Do I need an Air admittance Value? The one I saw in Wickes didn't have the right connection to fit to my pipe.
or
Do I need some sort of trap?
Please see pic. I intend to use the room as storage so will box in any traps/values/caps.

Cheers

cicottrell,
Buy a drain testing plug, fit it about 15cm down the pipe and tighten. You can then fill above it with concrete.
