Broken Bath cradle legs

I have an enamel/steel bath with a plastic cradle. The legs on the cradle are cracked and about to shear off.
Is there any way of replacing the cradle, preferably without removing the bath? Tiles would need to be removed to get the bath our.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!
