Want to Move Bathroom Upstairs - How to Reposition Soil Pipe?

I have a semi detached L shaped cottage. Bathroom current at back of house off kitchen. I want to move it upstairs to have it en-suite to middle bedroom. Back bedroom conversion above kitchen and bathroom flat roof.

Problem how do I get soil stack repositioned. Could install saniflow. But local plumbers do not wish to do it. Why?

Cannot afford to move and getting older so its either conversion or chamber pots. Any suggestions.

Many plumbers including myself hate Saniflows. They are noisy and can be mechanically unreliable. The main downfall though is they will block up at the slightest opportunity. Wipes, tissues and kitchen roll let alone personal items will guarantee bringing the macerator to an abrupt halt.

There are always ways of bringing the soil pipe to the correct place, but every installation is of course different. And how much it costs will vary too.
