Wet Room Shower Doors and Floor Tiles

Hi
I am about to fit some new hinged shower doors in the wetroom of our new house and I just wanted a little advice, the previous owner has when laying the floor tiles, layed them with a slight ridge just in front of the shower area, however it is not quite equal!!
The ridge is 920mm from the corner on one wall and 900mm from the corner on the other wall! (don't ask me why!)
My question is how much of a difference will it make to the alignment of the doors if I set the wall mounting plates at 910mm on one wall (the maximum allowed by the manufacturer) and 900mm on the other wall?
The product is a Swedish one from Noro Fix Trend R
Here is the link to the fitting guide:

there is a small adjustment allowance on the doors themselves!
Many thanks for any help or advice
