Eggy Drain Smell When Shower Running

As the title says, we have an eggy/drain smell when our shower is running.
The shower is in an upstairs bathroom but the smell is downstairs in the kitchen directly beneath.
Shower is run direct from combi boiler and smell manifests almost as soon as the shower starts & dissipates within 10-15 minutes of the shower being turned off.
Is it just a partly blocked waste or something more serious?
