what Tool do I Need for This nut for Ceramic Tap

Hello,
I need to change the gland on a 1/4 turn ceramic tap, but I can't get the blooming nut of the old one.
It's so far in the handle that I can get it with an AJ or similar.
I've tried box snappers, but size 15 is too small and 16 is too big.
Please help
