Stopping Condensation on Toilet Tank After Bathroom Refit

Hi,
This is my first time posting but was hoping someone may be able to offer some advice.
I've recently had my bathroom done, since its finished there is a constant build up of condensation on the toilet tank and its beginning to pool on the floor. I've tried obvious things like leaving the extractor fan on and doors open for ventilation, but even with these its dripping wet within a couple of hours.
My plumber has revisited to check there aren't any leaks (which there isn't) and he has suggested a couple of things.
Insulating the inside of the tank or going for a full cavity wall insulation as he noticed we didn't have any and there are government grants available online.
if anyone could offer any help it would be appreciated
Cheers
