Triton Elina Built-In TMV3 Concentric Shower Valve

Hi
Hope somebody could help me, I've just bought a Triton Elina Built-In TMV3 Concentric Shower Valve, to replace a similar older valve within the ensuite bathroom. I've managed to install the valve ok, but then realised the outlet valve needs to be on the top, I could turn it upside down but would mean the hot and cold inlets would be incorrect way around, according to the manual I can switch them over, but I am struggling to unscrew the end plug and the outlet the other side, please see attached images, could anybody provide any assistance with this, do I need any additional required tools?
