Problem Fitting Pump into new Bathroom

Help!
Lazy plumber fitted a lovely bathroom but made excuse that pump could be fitted at end. Naive of me!
Now the water pressure is too low from sink and bath taps.
We have a back to wall bath so no room for pump under bath.
Looking in the airing cupboard where hot tank is it appears the pipes out of the tank feed the bathroom and go downstairs so i cant even tap in the pump there.
Only solution seems to be to take hot water tank out of airing cupboard then cut into floor to adjust pipes which is a huge hassle.
Or anyone else got any other ideas....please
