Monobloc Lever Tap has no Grub Screw but How do I Remove the Head?

Noob to DIY here,
thanks for taking the time to answer.
I found a leak in my bathroom monobloc lever tap, the water's just dripping from between the lever and the body.
I wanted to open it up to see if the cylinder needs replacing. Popped the hot/cold dot off and couldn't find a grub screw anywhere!
Figured it was a push fit, so tried twisted the tap head hard to the left and the right, not budging. tried pulling tap directly upwards as well, also nothing.
How do I remove the tap head for the mixer please?
Photos attached.
