Awkward Blocked Pipe With Extension Built Around it

I've had an extension built around the bath waste pipe, and it appears to be getting slowly more and more blocked.
After a few unsuccessful attempts with one of those bendy metal rods, I've looked back at the photos of the pipes (pre-extension) and noticed they are much worse than I thought. I though they travelled at quite a steep angle into the down pipe, but as you can see from this image, there are 2 right angles and the gradient is not all that steep - hence the issue I would think.

My question is, does anyone know of a tool that might be able to get round those bends and push whatever is getting clogged there out? Or pull it out, whatever.
Many thanks in advance. I'm trying last resorts before having to take the ceiling down in the new room...
