Cistern Identification and Washer Help

I have just used my last 2 spare rubber washers on a cistern unit and would like to order spares for the future. Unfortunately I don't know the unit's manufacturer name (seems to be unmarked) and if spare washers are available. Can anyone help with answers to these questions - many thanks.
